1. Is your jewelry made with solid gold or gold-plated materials?

 

 At Camille jewelry- We offer 3 categories.

•  We offer high-end fashion jewelry made from gold-plated brass, designed with fine jewelry detailing while remaining budget-friendly.

•  Semi- Fine Jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials like gold vermeil, sterling silver,  gold-filled metals offering a balance between affordability and luxury.

• Lastly, we offer our fine jewelry category which is crafted in 14K solid gold jewelry ensuring durability, high end luxury & timeless elegance.

 

2. How do I determine my ring size if I'm ordering online?

3. What is the return and exchange policy?

We will accept full priced, unworn & undamaged merchandise returned within 30 days of the date off purchase. You can email us at orders@camillejewelry.com with your order number. See full return policy. 

 

4. How should I care for and clean my jewelry?

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location at checkout.

 

6. Can I customize a jewelry piece?

7. How long does it take to process my order?

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business day. Personalized and made to order jewelry lead times vary. Please refer to product description pages for estimated lead times. Pieces note- made to order styles are handcrafted jewelry styles and require a lead time.

 

8. Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

9. What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and other secure payment options.

10. Are you a sustainable jewelry brand? 

Sustainability is important to us. We pride ourselves in handcrafting our products here in the USA. We focus on locally sourced materials whether natural gemstones, mined or lab created diamonds, gold filled or solid gold chains. We worked with vetted and highly skilled craftsmen locally ensuring every step of the jewelry development process and production is right here locally reducing our carbon footprint. 

 

 

11. How can I ensure my jewelry won't tarnish?  

We offer a large selection of anti-tarnish jewelry including our gold-filled jewelry collection and our fine jewelry collection. Our non-tarnish and hypoallergenic jewelry ensure long-lasting shine, even for sensitive skin. 13. Do you offer luxury jewelry packaging? 

   Yes, all our jewelry is either packaged in a gray silk paper box with black velvet interior or a gray micro suede pouch. Should you want additional gift wrapping such as ribbon, please be sure to let us know under > comments in check out page.
